A couple years ago, I was a swimmer. And after a growth spurt in the summer, I had some decent chance of being pretty good. So I was taking every opportunity I could for extra practice.
It started preseason. The girls were constantly using the pool so I was looking for somewhere else to practice. That’s when I talked to my coach and she agreed that if I was really serious about this, I could come swim at her house after girls practices. So after school I’d help her coach the girls and then after that practice we’d go to her house and she’d give me some one on one focus. Eventually she determined that I could be faster if I built some muscle. So every morning we were going to the gym as well. So between working out in the mornings and swimming in the evenings, I was practically living with her.
As the year went on we got a lot closer, she would come swim with me sometimes, we were talking about personal lives. And eventually I asked her about her dating life since she seemed to live alone. She told me that she just didn’t have time to date and she hadn’t found a consistently good sexual partner.
So I started flirting with her a bit. And she started flirting back. She would always let me use her shower after I swam and one day after she got in the water with me, she got in the shower with me. Before I could even think of a move, we were kissing. We got out of the shower and she took me to her bed. I’ll be honest, the first time wasn’t very good for her. I wasn’t a virgin, but I had no real experience with good sex. So over the next couple weeks she taught me how to be a good lover. We were having sex daily, and I got better.
That continued for the entire year and she effectively taught me almost everything I know. She built me into what I am today. And every time I’m back in town I go remind her of my appreciation, despite her husband and recent baby girl.
